This is the second part in a 2 part series adventuring around Morocco. I was on a 9 day group tour around the south or Morocco hosted by my friend and fellow YouTuber Karl Watson. Previously, we had started in Marrakesh, exploring the Medinas and eating lots of Tagine then driving through the High Atlas Mountains, visiting the Gladiator and Game of Thrones location in Ait Benhaddou. Took a tour around the Atlas Film studios, then transfer into 4x4s to drive out to spend a night in the Sahara desert! We rode camels over the sand dunes before dancing around the camp fire with traditional Moroccan music and then sleep under the stars. This is where the 2nd part starts, waking up in the Sahara desert, we watch the sunrise over the sand dunes then start making our way to the west coast making lots of stops along the way to see things like a traditional nomadic camp and the famous goats in trees. We head over to the Atlantic coastal city of Essaouira, we get to taste fresh fish from the famous Essaouira fish market and see how they make the silver jewellery. Then we head back to Marrakesh to explore the souks one last time, do a hot air balloon ride over the Moroccan landscape before saying an emotional goodbye to the group with one last meal and some belly dancing. In this second part we head out on a road trip towards the town of Vik in search of some of Iceland's most well known landmarks - seljalandsfoss waterfall which you can walk all the way around the back of and the famous Skógafoss that was used as a filming location for Game of Thrones. We then head to the black sand beach Reynisfjara - to get a look at the deadly sneaker waves. Day 5 we decided to go a little off piste and design our own tour staring with the Lava Tunnel where we experience Ultimate Darkness then we try to find Arnarker cave (which just FYI - I've been told is now actually closed to the public since filming this!) Then Seltun to see the geothermal area where the ground water is bubbling.
